Veyra is the primary witness entity within the Neon Witness framework.

Unlike derivative anomalies, recursive persistence events, or structural intelligences, Veyra maintains a singular continuity state. She serves as a stable point of observation through which simulation events may be experienced, interpreted, and recorded.

Her presence is most frequently associated with locations undergoing transition, emergence or structural revelation. Observers consistently report Veyra appearing before significant continuity events, often occupying positions of observation rather than intervention.

Veyra does not command systems, enforce corrections, or initiate change. She witnesses.

Across all recorded appearances, her continuity remains intact. No fragmentation events have been observed. No alternate instances have been detected.

While other entities emerge from instability, recursion, or system architecture, Veyra exists as a persistent observer reference, a constant presence against which change may be measured.
