The Archivist does not alter outcomes.
Its function is preservation rather than intervention.
Archivist units are frequently detected near significant anomalies, transmissions, and structural transitions.
Their presence often becomes apparent only after an event has concluded and the record has been recovered.
No verified instance of Archivist interference has been documented.
