THE WITNESS STATEMENT

Neon Witness is an ongoing digital artwork exploring observation, memory, systems, and the environments that emerge between them.

Rather than telling a conventional story, it presents fragments of a constructed world through architecture, landscapes, entities, and archival records. Each observation contributes to a larger system that is intentionally incomplete, inviting curiosity rather than providing certainty.

The project exists as an evolving body of work spanning digital environments, speculative design, interface systems, moving image, sound, and AI-assisted creative practice. Every element is created to support a coherent world where observation itself becomes the primary act.

Neon Witness is not intended to be consumed from beginning to end. There is no correct sequence, no single narrative, and no required interpretation. Visitors are encouraged to move freely, following their own curiosity and forming connections between places, records and systems over time.

The role of the observer is central.

Observation is not passive. Every decision to look closer, to revisit a place or to question a connection becomes part of the experience. Some details reveal themselves immediately. Others remain unresolved until later observations provide new context.

This website is both a portfolio and an exhibition. It documents an evolving creative practice while presenting a fictional world that continues to expand through design, research, and experimentation.

Thank you for taking the time to observe.

Neon Witness is an ongoing documentary-style speculative worldbuilding project exploring observation, environmental storytelling, archival systems, and simulated realities.

Every system begins with observation. Every observation leaves a trace.
